Then, after the installation, I installed the Surface Laptop driver pack to install all drivers. Here's the one for Surface Laptop 3, assuming you have the 13.5" Intel version. Ordered a brand new laptop and while setting it up and logging in before the desktop screen, the keyboard works fine, as soon as I'm logged in however, the entire keyboard besides the volume and brightness and other multifunction keys do not respond.
