I'm IN LOVE with DECQs parts, but they're scaled for Kerbin, not Earth. Transmogrifier scaled them to the right size but left mass/fuelcapacity/thrust at original levels. Parts aren't compatible with TweakScale.

I mean it can't be FASA, because I know for sure, FASA has the stripes on the tank not lining up with the engine mount (one of my main problems with the FASA Saturn V) It also doesn't look like Real Scale Boosters, that looks much more stock-alike, and it doesn't have the decals AFAIK. Also doesn't look like Procedurals to me.
